Joel 2:25 “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten”
I have tried to find Christians testimonies with the verse of Joel 2:25. How many people have been through swarms of locusts in their life and have God repay them with several folds of what I have been lost?
You know, nothing left after a visit of the swarm. All that is left is anguish, anger, and tears from the farmers.
I have always wanted my years to be totally fruitful. If I was a farmer, I would want every square feet of land to bear tons of fruits. That’s me.
My Chinese name stands for “Excellent for life”!
It seems like many of my years have been plagued with lost opportunities, depressions, supernatural mediocrity, and regrets.

My grandpa was a Tao priest who performed funeral service and ceremonies with the gods. My dad inherited the business. I also just learned that some of the many hidden sins that they did and my dad is still actively doing it, such as evading tax for years. He only informed me that recently. (No wonder I can’t get a job from the government)
My mom once smacked me on the head when I was six while I was doing math, and of coz all sort of verbal attacks about my intelligence, behaviors, and all that, and since the smack I never finished a single math assignment on time before 12am midnight.
Even when I submit the assignment, it was always half done, or I did the wrong questions if the assignment was ever completed.
Even though I graduated from University of Waterloo with an honor Math degree (world renown for math degree, thank God for His grace is sufficient), to date, I had never completed one single assignment by myself in a timely and organized manner. ( i never cheated, just need peer help) (Always half finished, not completed) ( I graduate because I did well in the tests and exams)
Also, after I learned about the power of the tongue from Charles Capps. I became more sensitive to verbal curses around me, and realized that my Mom talked about death, poverty, failures, mental illness, characters problems, every single day, and I was the target of her verbal curses. She boost about herself and bless herself tho. She also cursed my future offspring for fun. I could tell Satan was behind it.
I am the only Christian in my family. All my own negative words from all the years have been fulfilled, but so were my positive ones.
It seems that verbal curses from my parents were pretty effective. Thank God now that I am aware of that they can be broken easily because I have authority in Christ.
Okay, I have been unemployed for 3 years now, incomeless.
My pastor, during one of our talks 2 years ago, “prophesied” the fruitlessness of my entrepreneurial project, and it became true. For 3 years my projects didn’t earn a single cent. Today I just pray for him and asked Jesus’ blood to nullify this verbal curse from him.
Wow, these people… I was speechless. I didn’t really ask for their curses. They just did it to me because they can. They did it because the feel like doing it.
They owed me at least half a million Canadian dollars because their curses caused me so much financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
As a Christian, we can’t afford to be passive. We have to be actively speaking God’s blessing every single day, and be alert. Satan can really manipulate your authorities and causes them to curse you for no reasons.
