It is so organic. If we pray over them, we will have a full prayer life that really cover all bases in the spirit, soul, and body.

I want to write about how to read the psalm.

We will become very supernatural in no times if we take the psalms literally.

From last Friday until yesterday, Monday, I have been reading book 2-4 of the Baptize By Blazing Fire series.

The book talks about how a pastor and his small church had prayed for 30 nights in 2005. They encountered demons, many many demons, met Jesus frequently, visited heaven and hell, protected by angels, and received gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Half of the church had their spiritual eyes opened, so they could literally see the spiritual realm, and what they described about what were really going on spiritually matched what I read from other testimonies of Christians who had visited heaven and hell, battled with demons, and met God.

They couldn’t have been making it all up, because the experience of this little Korean church couldn’t have so many similarities with other testimonies from around the globe if they were lying. And I found no direct conflicts of their experience and theology with the Bible.

It really deepened the understanding of my own Christian walk. The branches of Christianity I have been part of had been under-educated in demonology, and as a result so many of us are defenseless against demons and Satan.

It enlightened me why I have lost so many battles in the past, even though I have done almost everything I have been taught by every great Christian book and every pastor I could get access of.

My teachers simply didn’t teach me that our entire sky is literally clouded with demons of every kind, and no ray of light could pass through the demonic wall, if you see it with your spiritual eyes. That’s how dire our situation is!

No matter what you do, Satan can simply send a couple of demons to harass you so much that you fail, and foil your effort in every way, without you ever discover the cause of your misfortune. And if you ever rebuke a demon or two in the name of Jesus, Satan simply send a dozen more, and more as needed.

They could keep coming at you day in and night out until you get exhausted.

The little Korean Church had battled thousands, and later thousand of thousands of demons that had been sent their way to knock out their ministry, trying to prevent them from publish the books.

Even some of the most demonologically educated branches of Christianity couldn’t match the power of this ministry of “Baptize By Blazing Fire”, because none of the teaching actually describe the reality of our situation by physically seeing the demons that are working against us.

To really win the battle, one or two rebuke or binding Satan in the name of Jesus Christ aren’t enough. You knock out the low ranking demons, and the stronger one will come, and more and more of them will reinforce the battle until they overwhelm you.

Without the spiritual eyes opened, one can wonder why rebuking Satan in the name of Jesus Christ doesn’t seem to work, while in reality, you are battling hundreds of demons, so one or two rebukes are never enough.

It really take advanced spiritual tactics, knowledge, and weapons to win the battles.

I am convinced that if you can’t hear directly from Jesus and see Him frequently, you can’t truly win the battles.

Since I started to do self-deliverance from generational curses and spirits, I discovered there were retaliation from kingdom of Satan. Some were like demons influencing my humans authorities to curse me.

Another evidence was, my younger brother was hearing strange noise in my room these days when I was not there. It could be my guardian angels, however, because I have been releasing angelic protection around the premises recently.

One afternoon in about a month or two ago, I was napping, and just when I was waking up I couldn’t move but I was hearing loud noises of someone banging the door of my bedroom and stomping in. I saw a being in my vision who appeared in the form of my mother, wearing a white robe that angel wear but my real mom doesn’t have robe like that, and “it” stared down at me without saying a word. A split second later, I was able to open my eyes and stand up but saw no one in my room, all was quiet.

I am sure it was a demon, but I was not scared. It could be a demon that had been feeding on my ancestor’s curse line, which I recently broke and it could be angry about the fact that I broke the curse in the name of Jesus Christ.

If you ever become a God lover, Satan has you on his hit list.

He will use all kind of tricks on his hand book to try to destroy your fruitfulness as God’s children.

But we have to get better in the things of God anyway, because there is no better alternative, the only alternative is hell. Generally, Satan doesn’t attack someone who is already heading hell.

I re-discovered from the book the importance of kneeling and praying aloud with my hand lift up. I used to do that in my first few years since I’d been going to church.

I never felt into sleep that way, but since I do contemplative prayer more and more I fell into sleep during prayer often.

Satan deceived me and made me think that it didn’t matter as long as I remain prayerful all day long. One or two nap wouldn’t hurt, Satan says.

But no, we have to pray with our hand lift up and pray aloud if we could. As long as there is no one near by who may be disturbed by out loud prayer, we should pray in that mode.

30 nights of prayers in that form literally help that little Korean church experience victory over the devils and Satan himself, and receive many gifts from heaven.

I am reinstating this kind of prayer as frequent as I can. I think I will experience the same things soon.

Proverbs 18:21 says,“Death and life are in the power of the tongue”

James 3:2-4 says, “For we all stumble in many ways. And if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle his whole body. If we put bits into the mouths of horses so that they obey us, we guide their whole bodies as well. Look at the ships also: though they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are guided by a very small rudder wherever the will of the pilot directs. So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things.”

Mark 11: 20-24 And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.

After reading some of Charles Capps‘ teaching on the power of spoken words, I learned to master my body and it’s sexual desire through the power of tongue.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, I started to speak the words of faith to my mind, spirit, and body.

It doesn’t matter whether you feel the promises of God are working. As long as you know the Holy Spirit give you a verse, you speak it. The faith that is contained in the word of God will be released as you speak it and it will deliver 10 out of 1o!!!

You may feel tempted. You may feel guilty. You may feel like sinning. It doesn’t matter. Feeling change, but the words of God remain true all the time. The words that you declare will give you faith and grace. The words will accomplish what they are supposed to accomplish.

As long as my tongue is controlled by the Holy Spirit; i.e. I yielded my tongue to the Spirit. The power of words will work to sustain me.

I felt tempted several times in the last few days, including today, but I didn’t fell into lust. I felt the temptations. I felt like I was going to sin in seconds. But every time the temptations got dissolved.

As long as you tongue is controlled, your whole body is controlled!!!

I no longer describe the power of sin. I no longer talk about my past defeat. I no longer probe into the details of my sinful records and ask God or others, “why did I sin…?” To do that is in fact giving sin power over self. Words have power. Whatever you say, if you put faith in it, it will be done for you!!

If you put your faith in doubts, and you speak the words of doubts, you doubts will manifest and you will continue to doubts. If you ignore your feeling and just speak the words of God, the words of God will manifest.

From now on, speak Romans 6-8 and other relevant verses about self-control, purity, death to sins, etc. And you will start to experience the reality of God’s word.

2. Many people died prematurely. Adam had lived for 900 years.

3. Every Christian has great potential that exceed the accomplishment of the greatest saint. We all can do what Jesus did and did greater things.

4. It’s not willpower, but it’s the source of all power that matter. The power of God is contained in every word of God. The letter of the Bible isn’t God’s word until the Holy Spirit administered it into our spirit and soul.

5. The power of God words isn’t just self-fulfilling prophesy. It’s affect but subjective and objective things, inside us and outside of us.

6. Our faith come from hearing of the word, and the increase of faith comes from exercising it through speaking it, applying it, and meditating upon it. Speaking the word of God sound easy to me, but it’s very effective. Really. So easy that it’s almost hard to believe.

That all things are possible to him who believes, that they are less difficult to him who hopes, they are more easy to him who loves, and still more easy to him who perseveres in the practice of these three virtues. Brother Lawrence (Practice The Presence Of God)

Hope gives you the desire to work toward a goal – the beautiful picture that is painted before your inner eyes, faith gives you rational, experiential confidence to persist at what you see with your inner eyes, but love gives you the motivation and power to choose what pleases your beloved at every moment.

Faithful men can work hard and persist at the lofty goals, but they still have to force themselves to press onward. Hope gives men visions, which inspires them and gives them the passion and desire to work harder, but Hope and Faith both have to do with what you want in the future.

That means in the meantime you will still take frequent breaks or slack of from your goals even if you have hope and faith.

Of all people, those who love most are the most diligent, for at every moment they put it on their top priority to choose what is best for their beloved ones or objects.

They don’t need set schedule or time tables. They just serve spontaneously. They know how to take action and live in the moment.

Love God with all your heart, for in heaven it’s eternally too late to show Him you mean it. You only have a short life on earth to show Him you still love Him while in the midst of hardships and trials.

We have great promises in the Bible, without faith it is hard for us to claim them.

Without concrete, visionary hopes, it’s hard to find His promises interesting enough for us to study them in depth.

We have great power to draw upon from the Holy Spirit to live above sins and worldliness, but without love, we will have very little motivations and desires to ask for that power in the first place.

Without love, it’s very hard for us to want to unlove the world and sins.

To live a spiritually victorious life, we must want it first. If we love God, we will want it. It’s hard to want purity, holiness, and godliness. But Love makes us want them.

By “want”, I mean 24/7 . I used to “want” to choose God’s best every morning, but by afternoon I fell into what is worldly and sinful. My will is unwilling to sin, but I lacked the Spiritual power to live out the sinless life that the Bible promised.

But once I learned that I can draw upon the power of the Holy Spirit to live above sins by choosing to obey His prompting all the time, I still sin.

Why? because I didn’t want to use that power on a 24/7 basis; I didn’t want to have to obey 24/7! Maybe half the times, but not all the times, because it’s tiring if you have to choose something you don’t really love all the time.

Still, it’s easy for us Christians to think that we want spiritual power. When we have emotional high for the things of God, we imagine we want to be heavenly all day long. But after a couple of hours, when the high is gone; when things are back to normal again, we will desire the world and our pet sins again.

To remain desiring God, we must ask for the supernatural love.

To remain in the state of desiring God’s best, lofty visions will not do it; Ambition will not do it; Fears of punishment will not do it; Willpower will not do it. Only the love of God can make us consistently choose that which is pleasing to God moment after moment, hour after hour, and day after day.

Vision, fears, ambition, and willpower will only enable us to desire what pleases God from time to time, but not all the time.

Once you have this consistent “want”, you can choose to draw upon the power of the Spirit all the time, instead of putting it aside so you can entertain the world and the temptations just a little longer.

You know it’s never “a little longer”. Without the love of God, we will never stop flirting with sins and the world, and the Spirit will forever have a minor role in our life.

I just started working in a part time job this Monday, PTL.

I got this job out of a divine instruction from God. I acted upon a prompting from the Holy Spirit, and emailed the employer to ask for an opportunity to volunteer in his learning centers, and he hired me instead.

I have worked for totally 14 hours so far – on two mathematics assignments, which I found to be tedious soon.

Tonight, I thought: “I can’t go on like this for too long, because the end of the world might approach anytime – possibly very soon – and my most important calling is to pastor the church; Many souls are falling into hell by the second, but here I am, spending so much time on the math, which I will have an eternity to study for.”

On earth, while I am still alive, I don’t have that much time for things other than my calling.

26 For 2you see your calling, brethren, nthat not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many 3noble, are called. 27 But oGod has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; 28 and the 4base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence. 1 Cor 1:26-29

According to the flesh, I am an incomeless blogger who has to work as a tutor to provide for myself.

I wish I am more noble by now. For the last 10 years as a Christian, I sure wished I could become a noble tool for God, but somehow I still relied on my flesh. As a result, my achievements are very limited, far and in between. I am yet to graduate from the “school of faith”, which means, I still need work toward living by faith more, rather than living by my fleshly strength.

I sensed that, had I mastered the art of living by faith more, by now I could have achieved a thousand times more than I have done in the past! I am not exaggerating here.

I just talked to one of my best friends on the phone, and he is the most successful person I know. Tomorrow I will talk to him on the phone again, and I will ask him if this is how he exactly achieved what he has achieved. My friend followed his calling faithfully, and he is ultra successful.

I think God told me tonight that I can’t go with my tutor job like a common man, but as a spiritual person, who follows heavenly strategy and directives in my earthly work. Just like Gideon. He encouraged me to converse with His Spirit like we are close friends working side by side at work.

Career has always been traumatic for me. I lacked confidence in this area. I have always been praying about this, especially while at work, but prayers alone didn’t work the way I wanted. I wondered if this was because I still lacked for an important lesson, which was what God was telling me tonight. If this prove to be the final key lesson I needed to excel at work, I believe I will soar in career very shortly.

I really don’t think I have any more time to waste like I did in the past ten years. I hope God finally see it fits to use me to the full capacity.

In the parable of the seed, some seeds were crowded by weeds. (Mark 4:13-20)

Not too long ago I had been reading some books and websites on time managements, wealth, productivity, and health.

They gave me many good ideas, but soon I found that I had to go through many trial and error to get to the best ones.

That made me miss my coach, Holy Spirit. When I still very much used to focusing on living a spirit driven life, every step I took I asked the Spirit first. I sought God’s specific will before I proceed, even for what to eat at dinner.

During that period of time, every step I took was precise, wasteless, no unnecessary actions. Everything I do seem to connect to profitable results that lead to more effectiveness. God was able to engineer my circumstance so that every action I take in accordance to His will always bring multiple good results.

To live in such a way was like being on call all the time. It was stressful to me. I gave up that lifestyle later, although I experienced God intensively because of that lifestyle.

I exchanged that lifestyle for a more predicable, self-driven, and planning based one. I wanted my life to be predicable and knew where I was going instead of a sharp turn after another on the call from the Holy Spirit.

I read many books and articles to increase my own decision-making, problem solving skill, instead of relying on God to guide me step by step.

I did it the same way for the Bible and Christians books. I wanted to lay out a study plan for the Bible and make a schedule. I wanted to do “Christian” in a systematic, predicable way.

For example, when the discipline of Christian meditation first entered my mind, all I was thinking was how to integrate Bible meditation into my daily live, without thinking about following the prompting of the Spirit. I said to my self how much verses I wanted to memorize each day, how deep I should go into in my personal bible study, and how often I should change my study topic.

You can’t start anything without the Holy Spirit! So the result was that I had started doing meditation many times, and every time I fell off the wagon quickly.

The best I could get in this lifestyle is randomness. And I have to overcome many obstacles, wrong turns, trials and errors, in order to achieve something.

Had I devoted my all to a spirit-driven life, everything would be more efficient and more direct – Take the leap of faith and understand the big picture later, rather than to understand first, and then take actions.

The Seeds From The Holy Spirit

The Spirit will give you ideas and directions on everything, micro and macro, in a still, small voice. It’s easy to crowd it out by all kind of worldly ideas, human reasoning, good ideas (Not best), visions (not from God), fears, worries, desires to control, and busy.

In whatever you do, you will succeed if you simply find out what those seeds are, where they are, and protect them with your total efforts.

How do you protect the seeds from the Holy Spirit? Exercise your discernment skill daily! The voice of the Holy Spirit usually accompanies God’s words. Jot it down when the Spirit give you highlight on scriptures. Meditate on them day and night with the Holy Spirit (Like conversation with the Spirit). Declare them loud. Think about all kind of ways to apply them. Trust your coach!

At first, the seeds are hidden underground. But if you nourish them carefully, they will grow, though slowly. Growth take place but human eyes can’t see. And later, they bears many fruits.

Guard your seeds carefully with the Holy Spirit!

I re-learned one thing, if you want victory from sins, then obey every prompting of the Holy Spirit.

If He tells you to read the Bible now, don’t say you are too busy that you will do it later. Quench the Spirit once, and you will open up to sins. His power in you will diminish, so when you sin don’t complain that the “law of the Spirit of Life” (Romans 8:2) fails to sustain you.

If you think you are going to do something innocent, but the Spirit warn you right there, don’t do it.

A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. Proverbs 16:9

I always do it anyways, and that supposedly innocent act would lead to another less innocent act, which leads to another, then another, until I am drowned in sins.

There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 16:25

There Is No Formula

It’s so simple! So simple that I miss it so many time: there’s no formula to a disciplined, highly productive life. The fundamentals are clear: Holy Spirit, obedience, God’s words, grace.

Everything we often feel lacking such as victory from sins and bad habits, success in life, and everything else we often pray for and question about can find answers and lasting solution from the same fundamentals.

But I couldn’t see it that way before. When I used to be depressive, I asked God why I prayed so hard and depression wouldn’t leave me? Answer: I forgot to do the obvious: capture my thoughts and let God speak to my mind; give thanks for what I have; forget what is behind and go after what is before me. It was that simple.

I asked God: why my schoolwork suffered, and the fact that I had prayed so many times about it didn’t improve it? The answer: I didn’t follow God’s prompting when He asked me to just sit down and do the school works there and then. Instead, I think about depressive thoughts when it was time to study and believed in those lies that made me depressed, instead of simply followed God’s prompting to sit down and study. I made elaborate study plan and schedule, and tried to study the way other people do, instead of following the voice of the Holy Spirit to simplify things and do what obviously can improve my marks instantly, i.e. to practice more questions and refer to the answers keys if I get stuck, math is simply about how many questions you can solve.

I asked God: Why I lacked discipline, and many prayers over the years didn’t solve this problem? The answer: I focused too much on the worldly perception of what “real work” is! Do I really need to spend hours on school or career daily in order to be qualified as “disciplined”?

Simply follow the Holy Spirit, if He tells you to give up your busy life and to go pray and worship 80% of the time, then do it! If He tells you to stop working so hard, and sit down to compose a song for Him, do it. If He tells you to leave the office and go share the good news with someone, or just go take a long walk, do it!

I asked God: Why I always sin and this addiction pains me so much and after many prayers I still can’t see deliverance? The answer: Can you expect to live a sinless life without active, moment by moment reliance on God? You must follow the lead of the Holy Spirit! And you must believe in God’s word in order to claim the blessings it promised.

Conclusion

If you get stuck with a problem for too long, stop following the world’s solution, simply listen to the inner voices of the Spirit. Just because everybody does it the same way, doesn’t mean it’s right.
