Last 5 Years

Thursday, December 15th, 2011

Inadequacy, and unwillingness to scrap by with a lowly job to achieve my passion job seem to be the problem.

I thought about doing youtube videos and make money that way.

From now on I am focusing on doing more youtube and blog articles.

It seems like clarity dawn in. It took ADHD to stop me from taking the Actsc exams. I guess from now on I… Continue reading

Self-esteem Determines What We Do

Monday, December 12th, 2011

If we have high self-esteem, then we will do higher things. If we have low self-esteem, we will limit our achievements. Have a healthy self-esteem, and you will achieve healthy amount of things, and bear healthy amount of fruit.

Those of us who were verbally abused were easy to feel bad about ourselves. The guilt and shame would make us do things that match our feelings.

Just last… Continue reading

Life Is A Riddle

Saturday, November 12th, 2011

Since I don’t like my life, I had to figure out what caused the problems in my life, and inevitably I went back to my childhood and all these flashback would pop up, giving me clues, but at the same time tormenting me.

I already forgave. I just want a solution. Maybe I already have solution, but I just need to embrace it instead of looking back.

It’s… Continue reading

Love I Received

Saturday, October 15th, 2011

Reading Everyday a Friday, one thing it reminds me is how I have been loved and receiving love from others. They outgave the love I gave. Without my fellow Christians I won’t be where I am now. Without others I won’t have what I do have.

Although people are often hostile and they don’t always understand me, the same people often played important roles in my success and growth… Continue reading

Take a Day Off

Friday, October 14th, 2011

Every 2 or 3 days. Work hard and non-stop on the most important thing for 2 to 3 days at a time, and take small breaks in between, but don’t try to multi-tasks or stuffing too much stuff into the schedule, and when you take a day off, really take breaks. Empty the mind a bit, and trust the holy Spirit to work with you.

Do not be anxious… Continue reading

Create Rooms Emty the Mind

Friday, October 14th, 2011

I found that when I create room in the mind consciously, I am able to focus more. I talk to myself and tell me it’s okay to not think about other study, and then soon my mind is able to focus more on the tasks at hand. I have more energy that way.

When I consciously create rooms, good stuff is able to fill it. From now on when… Continue reading

Loving Thoughts Are Crucial

Friday, October 14th, 2011

You have heard of positive thinking, but love includes all the good thoughts that are crucial to life.

Loving thoughts are not abusive. They believe in the best, are hopeful, and they believe.

One abusive thought, and it will lead to chaos of the mind and heart. It unbalances the emotions and focus.

To have pure focus, loving thoughts are important.

When I study, I found… Continue reading

New Year Eve And Insights

Saturday, January 1st, 2011

I went to hotpot with some Christian friends on the Eve, and then played some card games. Not a bad way to spend the night. Deep inside I was a bit lonely and upset that my youth seemed to have passed me by. I am 29 and am still single. It was not a problem for me until I got into a major episode involving a girl.

I have… Continue reading

Be Strong, Man Up, And Use Some Humors!

Monday, December 6th, 2010

Why am I weeping? again?

Self-pity is my sworn enemy. I have to be strong, no matter how weak I feel (2 Cor 12:9-10)

I was lying on my bed, not wanting to get up. I felt down again. This had to be the third time I wept in bed, if memory served.

I thought, if I was put into jail, then I would probably stop eating… Continue reading
